Four thermal swimming-pools are available and three of them are all connected. One of the three swimming-pools is outdoors and is 26 x 10 m and another is 24 x 8 m; they are suitable for swimming and relaxing in the pool for less expert people; the third swimming-pool is equipped with a bed whirlpool, a “barrel-shaped” whirlpool, water falls and multi-colour lights
Within the private area dedicated to personal training, REHA-FIT, the Hotel President has a new thermal swimming pool especially created for those who want to have individual sessions of fitness or relaxation in water and hydrokinesitherapy.
Thanks to its thermal sources, the Hotel President is equipped with a sweating cave, a hot and humid room where thermal steam is combined with aromatherapy. Besides the amazing psychophysical effects of relaxation due to heat, the beneficial effects of the cave is proved by the efficiency improvement of cardio-circulatory, immune, metabolic, respiratory, osteoarticular and muscular-tendinous systems.
It is also an exceptionally efficient beauty treatment as it has a draining effect on tissue while also cleansing and improving the skin’s elasticity.
The guests can freely use the fitness room equipped with Technogym equipment for cardio-fitness and muscular toning and it is also possible to book one-to-one gymnastic classes in the Gym Suite. This way, you will rediscover the benefits of movement through new, free and natural exercises. The SUITE for personal training was designed to offer a private space for just one person. Thanks to our operators’ constant updating, we can now offer new techniques, such as Pilates (free exercises and Reformer) and Kinesis (by Technogym), to improve the body’s flexibility, respiration, stamina and postural control in order to get a harmonic balance between the mind and body.
Furthermore, the Hotel President has twenty cabins with all the newest treatments regarding wellness (Ayurveda, Shiatsu and “Emotional beauty”) and a Wellbeing Suite where you can try out the “Wellbeing rituals”, on your own or in pairs.
